Tawfiq Abdu Issack is a Braille Transcriber at Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE). He holds a Bachelor of Education in Special Needs Education from the University of Dodoma.

Through his work as a Braille transcriber, he plays a key role in ensuring access to learning materials for students with visual impairment, contributing to inclusive education in higher learning institutions.
