Biography

Tawfiq Abdu Issack is a Braille Transcriber at Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE). He holds a Bachelor of Education in Special Needs Education from the University of Dodoma.

He is a highly dedicated education professional with strong experience in teaching and supporting learners with a wide range of disabilities. Through his work as a Braille transcriber, he plays a key role in ensuring access to learning materials for students with visual impairment, contributing to inclusive education in higher learning institutions.

In addition to teaching and learner support, Tawfiq has practical skills in the operation and maintenance of assistive devices, enabling him to support both students and academic staff in the effective use of accessibility technologies. His commitment to inclusive education is reflected in his continuous efforts to promote equal learning opportunities for learners with disabilities.
