Biography

I am the Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management - Faculty of Education (FOED). I attended the University of Dar es Salaam for my Bachelor of Education in Arts (BEd Arts) and Saint Augustine University (SAUT) for my Master of Education in Management and Planning prior to starting my employment. My areas of specialty is School Governance and Human Resources and Development Education.  For over fifteen years, I have held academic and managerial positions at educational institutions. I am currently pursuing PhD in Education at the University of Dar es salaam.
