Biography

Biography

I am a Lecturer in Educational Management in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management (EFM), Faculty of Education (FoED) of Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE). I hold a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Educational Leadership and Management), a degree of Master of Educational Management and Administration (MEMA) and a degree of Bachelor of Arts (Education)-BAED. I am teaching several courses around Educational Administration, School Governance, Human Resource Management in Education, Educational Policy, Planning and Administration, and Organisational Behavior in Education for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
