Biography

Biography

Jacob Haule is an Assistant Lecturer in Kiswahili Linguistics (Isimu) at the University of Dar es Salaam, Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE), a position held since 2024. His academic focus is centred on Kiswahili linguistics, with specialized research interests in phonology, semantics, translation studies, and lexicography. At MUCE, his primary responsibilities include teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, promoting critical analysis and engagement with Kiswahili language structures and linguistic theories. In addition to his teaching duties, he actively participates in curriculum development and collaborative research initiatives aimed at advancing the scholarly understanding and promotion of Kiswahili as both a national and an international language.
