I hold a Diploma in Computing & Information communication Technology from the Kilimanjaro Institute of Technology and Management in Dar es Salaam. During my studies, I gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of Information Technology, which equipped me with the skills necessary to address complex Information Technology resource challenges. To fulfill my academic qualifications, I authored several research papers that contributed to the body of knowledge in this field. These papers covered a range of topics, including innovative Information Technology management techniques. My research demonstrated my commitment to advancing the field of ICT and provided valuable insights into improving ICT infrastructure and management practices.
