Mercy Machange is a Public Relations Officer. As the Public Relations Officer of Mkwawa University College of Education, Ms. Machange is responsible for managing the college's public image, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and organizing key events that support the institution's mission and goals. Her expertise in Public Relations, Advertising, Media Relations, and Event Management has been instrumental in her role.

Ms. Machange holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Dar es Salaam. She has a dedicated interest in Public Relations, Advertising, Media Relations, and Event Management. Throughout her career, she has participated in several forums, workshops, and short courses/trainings and has been involved in organizing various university and national events.
