Our Structure
The Department is organized into four distinct sections and one specialized centre:
- Kiswahili Unit: Focused on the study and promotion of Kiswahili, a key language in East Africa.
- Linguistics Unit: Dedicated to the scientific study of language and its structure.
- French Unit: Offering deep insights into French language and Francophone cultures.
- Literature Unit: Exploring the vast realms of literary works from various cultures and time periods.
