Strengthening Research Partnerships at MUCE
On April 23rd, 2025, MUCE hosted a comprehensive Workshop on Writing Consultancy Proposals, aimed at equipping academic staff with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the university's consultancy procedures. The workshop welcomed faculty members from various departments and provided insights into the newly revised consultancy policies and operational procedures at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM).
On 19th April 2025, MUCE hosted a highly informative and engaging Cross-Border Opportunity Training aimed at empowering students with essential knowledge on further studies, studying abroad, and securing the right scholarships. The training was an exceptional opportunity for students to learn how to navigate the complexities of international education and funding.
MUCE is honoured to host Prof. Aurelia Journo, a distinguished scholar and researcher in language and literature from the University of Sorbonne Paris-Nord (USPN). Prof. Journo's visit, which began on 14th April 2025, marks a significant moment in the ongoing academic collaboration between MUCE and USPN.
On 12th April 2025, Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE) hosted the Chinese Language International Day, a vibrant celebration of Chinese culture and language. This event, prepared by the Confucius Institute at MUCE, was marked by a series of engaging activities, including performances and speeches, designed to highlight the significance of the Chinese language and foster cultural exchange.
