Biography
Mr. Kelvin Haule is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management in the Faculty of Education at Mkwawa University College of Education, Iringa, Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from University of Dar es Salaam and a Master of Education from Zhejiang Normal University, China.
In his current role, he teaches undergraduate courses in teacher ethics and professionalism as well as philosophy of education.
