Biography

Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer in Kiswahili Studies within the Department of Language and Literature at Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE), A constituent college of the University of Dar es Salaam. Holding a PhD in Kiswahili Language Studies, my research and teaching are driven by a specialization in sociolinguistics, with a particular focus on Linguistic Landscapes, language in education, Kiswahili for foreigners, linguistic ecology and cultures and English - Swahili Translation. I am dedicated to advancing the field through scholarly work and mentorship of future educators.
