Sifael John Samson is currently serving as a Warden at Mkwawa University College of Education
(MUCE) since 2022, where he holds the role of Coordinator of Student Accommodation within
the Directorate of Student Services (DSS). In this capacity, he oversees the management and
welfare of student housing facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive living environment for
students. Additionally, he takes on the responsibility of coordinating student religious matters
under the same directorate, catering to the spiritual needs and support services for the student
body.
Prior to joining MUCE, Sifael built a solid foundation in education as a Secondary School
Teacher under the President’s Office, Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-
RALG). His teaching experience in secondary education equipped him with valuable insights into
student development and academic support.
Sifael holds a Bachelor of Education in Educational Administration and Management from the
University of Dodoma, awarded in 2017. He also earned a Diploma of Education from Morogoro
Teachers' College in 2012, laying the groundwork for his teaching career and educational
leadership.
With his comprehensive academic background and practical experience, Sifael brings expertise
in educational administration and student services to MUCE. He remains dedicated to
enhancing student welfare and academic success, contributing significantly to the university’s
mission of providing quality education and holistic development.
