I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics of Development from the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy in Dar es Salaam. • Microeconomics: Includes supply and demand dynamics, market structures (perfect competition, monopoly, oligopoly, and monopolistic competition), consumer behavior and utility theory, producer theory and costs, and factor markets (labor, capital, and land).
• Macroeconomics: Involves national income accounting, economic growth and development, business cycles and fluctuations, unemployment and inflation, monetary policy and central banking, and fiscal policy and government spending.
• International Economics: Encompasses international trade theory (comparative advantage, tariffs, quotas), balance of payments, exchange rates, globalization, and its impacts.
• Development Economics: Focuses on poverty and inequality, economic development theories, human capital and education, agriculture and rural development.
