Biography

Godfrey Frugence Philemon is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Management, Faculty of Education, at Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE). He holds a Master of Educational Management and Administration and a Bachelor of Education (Science) from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is recognised for outstanding academic performance, having received the University of Dar es Salaam Prize and the CRDB Bank Prize as the Overall Best Undergraduate Student in 2019, and the HEET Project Scholarship for his Master’s studies, graduating with a GPA of 4.8 out of 5. His professional expertise includes educational leadership, policy analysis, research methods, and academic mentorship.
