The Principal of Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Mariana Manyus Mhewa as Teaching Practice Coordinator for the 2024/2025 – 2026/2027 triennium, effective 1 April 2025.

Dr. Mhewa is a Lecturer in Curriculum and Teaching within the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies, Faculty of Education. Her research and teaching focus on gender and education as well as classroom instruction. She previously served with distinction in the same role, and this new term marks her reappointment.

MUCE warmly congratulates Dr. Mhewa on her renewed appointment and looks forward to her continued leadership in strengthening teaching practice across the College.
