MUCE proudly celebrates a significant international milestone for its Principal, Prof. Method S. Semiono, who has been officially appointed as a Researcher at the Global Teacher Professional Development Institute for Africa at Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU), China. The appointment was made on 18th April 2026, and Prof. Semiono attended in person.

The appointment, which covers the period from April 2026 to April 2028, recognises Prof. Semiono’s outstanding contributions to teacher education, research, and academic leadership. The event was marked by a formal presentation of the Certificate of Appointment, symbolising a strengthened partnership between MUCE and global institutions committed to advancing education.

This prestigious recognition highlights MUCE’s growing presence on the international stage and reinforces its commitment to fostering global collaboration in research, innovation, and professional development in education across Africa and beyond.
