MUCE is honoured to host Prof. Aurelia Journo, a distinguished scholar and researcher in language and literature from the University of Sorbonne Paris-Nord (USPN). Prof. Journo's visit, which began on 14th April 2025, marks a significant moment in the ongoing academic collaboration between MUCE and USPN.

During her visit, Prof. Journo is engaging in a series of vibrant discussions with members of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. These talks focus on potential areas of cooperation between the two institutions. On 17th April 2025, she scheduled to meet with MUCE's top management to further solidify these partnerships.

In addition to her academic discussions, Prof. Journo has already conducted a seminar for students studying French as part of their teaching subjects. This seminar provided students with valuable insights into French language and literature, further enriching their academic experience.

Prof. Journo will also be available for academic consultations and will participate in various activities within the Department of Languages and Literature. Her visit is part of the efforts to formalize an MOU between MUCE and USPN, which is expected to strengthen academic and research cooperation between the two institutions.
