Alfred Mathias Aron is an Assistant Lecturer in  the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies at Mkwawa University College of Education. He holds Master of Education in Applied Social Psychology (MED-ASP) and Bachelor of Education in Psycholog (Bed-Psy) from the University of Dar es Salaam.
