Biography

Biography

I hold PhD in Sustainable Energy Science and Engineering of the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) specializing in Renewable energy. I pursued my M.Sc (Physics), and B.Sc (Physics and Mathematics) at University of Dar es Salaam. Outside academics, I am a Dean in the Faculty of Science.

 

Awards

  • Research Training Fellowship for Developing Countries Scientists (RTF-DCS) offered by Non Alignement Movement (NAM) (2013).

  • Tanzania Commission of Science and Technology (COSTECH) scholarship (2014-2017).

  • The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), School of Materials , Energy Water and Environmental Sciences and Engineering (MEWES), One of the three best PhD research nominated for exhibition for graduating class of 2017.
