Capacity Building Programme for Health Care Providers and Peer Educators
Health is a crucial aspect of human life, directly impacting our minds and overall well-being. Recognizing the significance of a healthy body for a healthy mind and improved productivity in all life aspects, MUCE hosted a comprehensive Capacity Building Programme aimed at equipping Health Care Providers and Peer Educators with essential knowledge and skills on three critical areas: Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) education for sustainable economic growth, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in the workplace, and the impact and mitigation of HIV/AIDS in higher learning institutions. The event was held in Iringa on 1st June 2024.
The programme drew together a diverse group of professionals and educators, all dedicated to fostering sustainable economic growth and enhancing community well-being through improved health education and practices.
